Meet the Keller Team Behind Otto’s Garage Door

When you call Otto’s Garage Door, you’re not getting a rotating cast from some call center two states away. You’re getting people who live in this county, shop at the same Kroger, and whose kids go to Keller ISD schools. Otto Reinhardt has kept the crew deliberately small since 2004. Small means accountable. Small means the person who answers your call has probably been to your street before. It also means nobody hides behind a department. Here’s who actually shows up.

Our People

Otto Reinhardt – Owner, The Guy on the Phone at 9 PM

Otto founded this company in 2004 and still answers the phone himself more often than not. He’s the one who quotes your job on the call and holds that number when he pulls into your driveway. Three decades in this trade taught him that a door is 200 pounds riding on two springs, and he respects that math every time he touches a job. He counts spring cycles the way you count tire miles, and he’ll tell you straight what’s left on yours. On weekends you’ll find him at the Keller Farmers Market, usually arguing about barbecue.

Marcus T. – Lead Technician

Marcus has been running service calls with Otto’s Garage Door for eleven years. He’s factory-trained on LiftMaster and Genie openers and carries more part numbers in his head than most supply catalogs print. If your opener is straining, Marcus is the one who’ll tell you the problem is almost never the opener. He’s known in Keller for showing up early rather than late. He coaches his son’s little league team at Keller Sports Park and will talk baseball the entire time he’s re-tensioning your springs.

Elena R. – Senior Installer

Elena came to Otto’s crew seven years ago after running her own remodeling business in Fort Worth. She specializes in full door replacements, working mostly with Clopay and Amarr product lines, and she’s the person Otto trusts to catch framing issues before a new door goes in. Her miter work on trim is cleaner than most finish carpenters manage. She’s bilingual, which helps on job sites across Tarrant County. Her dog, a rescue greyhound named Bolt, rides along on slow afternoons and sleeps through every install.

Danny W. – Service Coordinator & Apprentice

Danny joined two years ago as Otto’s first formal apprentice under a structured program. He handles parts runs, inventory, and ride-alongs while training toward his full technician certification. He’s already earned his OSHA safety card and finished manufacturer training through Chamberlain. He’s also the one who texts you a 30-minute heads-up before the truck shows. Danny grew up in North Richland Hills and still has a standing Sunday breakfast with his grandmother in Keller, which he will mention if you keep him talking.

One Standard, Every Job

The rule is simple: the name on the van is the name on the invoice and the name on the license. Every person on this crew carries Otto’s name on their back, literally on their uniform, so the standard doesn’t change depending on who shows up. Upfront pricing is quoted before the visit and never revised upward at the door, regardless of what the job looks like when we open the panel. The 90-Day Done Right Promise goes on every invoice in writing. One call brings Otto back, no runaround. If it’s not done right, we make it right. That’s been the operating rule since 2004, and every one of these people knows it better than their own birthday.
